Fortitude Nicsa Global, a global IT company specialising in onsite hardware maintenance to remote places worldwide, was looking to revamp its branding and website. The brand needed to be updated to be more user-friendly and stand out, showcasing the company’s services and offerings. The project’s main goal was to create a modern, sleek, and easy-to-use website that accurately represents the company’s capabilities.
Through a number of discovery calls, key stakeholder sessions and team workshops, the new brand concept and offering was in the early stages of infancy. Once the new brand and offering was extended into a brand platform (structure, values, tone, imagery), we were able to produce a number of brand materials.
A FRESH WEBSITE
With a new brand in place, it was our job to take that concept and design a website that could portray the company in a new light. The project team conducted market research and competitor analysis to understand the target audience and their expectations from a website. It was clear from both the user and FNG that they wanted to better all communications and customer feedback. The team worked closely with FNG to develop a content strategy that effectively communicates the company’s services, offerings and unique selling points across the site.
